Overview
My Notepal is owned and operated by Tandem Studios LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how Tandem Studios LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the My Notepal iOS app and this website. My Notepal is designed to be local-first: audio you record is captured on your device.
Information collected through this website
When you submit the feedback or early-access forms, we collect the information you provide (which may include your name and email) together with the message or preferences you enter. We use this to respond to feedback, improve the app, and — for early access — to contact you about testing and launch.
Information in the app
Recordings, transcripts, and notes you create are stored locally on your device. Certain AI features (such as transcription and insight generation) may process content through external providers depending on your configuration. The app is designed to indicate when content may leave your device.
How we use information
We use submitted information to operate and improve My Notepal, respond to you, and provide early-access communications you've consented to. We do not sell your notes, recordings, or transcripts.
Data retention & your choices
You can delete your recordings and notes in the app at any time. To request deletion of feedback or early-access data you submitted through this website, contact us using the details below.
